No dings on the body, and screw-on lens caps are included for both ends. I cannot find any markings on its body to indicate the model type. It comes with a sturdy metal tripod, manufactured by P & B. This has some minor wear, but it is still very functional. The legs are approximately eight inches but extend so that the tripod stands approximately four feet tall. Both were made in Japan.
