Although compact when folded, the GlobeTrotter extends over 5 feet tall, giving you the height range you need. As the largest of the MeFOTO family, the GlobeTrotter holds larger DSLR bodies, and up to a 70-200 f/4 lens, steady. The GlobeTrotter can handle heavier cameras & lenses without weighing you down. Each MeFOTO comes with its own carrying case for transport and protection. MeFOTO GlobeTrotter Tripod Kit Features. Accurate panoramas can be easily orchestrated using the graduated panning scale for accurate image alignment. For an extra measure of flexibility, tripod legs can be independently locked into place at two different angles to enable shooting in cramped quarters, on irregular surface areas, or at ground level. Foam Grip on Monopod Leg. For extreme temperatures, this foam grip will come in handy when the tripod legs heat up or freeze over.

A spring loaded recessed hook, located in the bottom of the center-column, allows you to hang additional weight from the tripod's center of gravity for increased stability. Five leg sections and retractable center column.

Get the height you need and ultimate versatility. The tripod legs can be inverted and folded back 180½ making it less than one quarter of its extended size. 16.1 to be exact.
